To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xiligent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or portal if you breach these Terms. Termination of a paid engagement is governed by the applicable statement of work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
